Lourdes Health in Washington state is seeking a People Services Business Partner to advise managers on HR policies, payroll and employee relations. This exempt, full-time role reports to the People Services Director and supports daily HR operations.
You'll partner with hospital leaders to develop retention, recruitment and staffing programs, stay compliant with labor laws, and train staff on HR systems.
Job Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday UNION POSITION
Wage: $36.74-$38.46

How You\'ll Contribute
The People Services Business Partner is responsible for advising the workforce on Human Resources and payroll related policies and programs. This position will consult with, coach and advise managers on HR activities, employee issues and concerns. The People Services Business Partner will play a critical role in identifying, developing and implementing employee relations, retention, and recruitment/staffing support programs for, HR data/analytics, and will advise on industry trends and best practice. Reports To: People Services Director FLSA: Exempt
