Palantir Technologies is hiring a People Relations Specialist to partner with Employment Counsel and People Partners to manage workplace investigations end to end. You will resolve concerns, provide HR guidance, and support programs shaping culture and values.

You will lead investigations, monitor case status, and collaborate with leaders on outcomes while maintaining Palantir's standards for ethics and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in employee relations or related roles.
• Knowledge of US & UK employment law; international is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of People Relations cases from intake to close-out.
• Conduct interviews, prepare reports, and advise on disciplinary actions.
• Develop HR programs and training on People Relations topics.
