  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, organizational development, or related field.
  • 12+ years in human resources, talent management, organizational development, or related field.
  • 7+ years leading teams in a business-facing, operational, regional, or enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting construction operations preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops People Practices Business Partners supporting assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment of workforce strategies with business priorities.
  • Advises senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategies.
  • Oversees implementation of enterprise People Practices programs, policies, governance standards, and Centers of Excellence (COE) initiatives to ensure consistent execution across supported organizations.
  • Directs talent management, performance management, engagement, and succession planning processes to support organizational effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Analyzes workforce metrics, engagement trends, and organizational data to inform strategic decision-making and workforce investments.
  • Leads organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives that support business transformation, growth, and operational priorities.
  • Partners with Operational Services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to deliver integrated People Practices solutions and identify long-term workforce capability needs.

Job Summary

Leads People Practices strategy and execution for an assigned business portfolio, including regions, Integrated Work Groups, Self-Perform Work (SPW), and entity operations. Serves as the primary People Practices advisor to senior business leaders, aligning workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and leadership development initiatives with business objectives. Oversees People Practices Business Partners and ensures consistent implementation of enterprise People Practices programs, policies, and operational standards. Partners with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Operational Services to deliver integrated workforce solutions that support organizational performance, growth, and capability development.

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

12+ years of experience across human resources, talent management, organizational development, or a related field required.

7+ years of experience leading teams in a business-facing, operational, regional, or enterprise environment required.

Experience supporting construction operations, Self-Perform Work (SPW), multi-entity organizations, or corporate functions preferred.

Certifications and Licenses

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or equivalent certification preferred.
