Fluidstack is seeking an HR partner to support a manufacturing workforce on-site. You will coach first-time managers, handle sensitive employee relations, and drive fast, on-demand answers. You will know employment laws and work to scale HR programs with speed and accuracy.

Examples of key problems the team is working on

• Build the people function from scratch, fast enough to keep up with 10‑times growth. We grew headcount 10x in the last year and we’re not slowing down. You’ll build the systems, programs, and team from nothing, and make them work before we outgrow them.
• Reinvent people operations around AI. Doing this by hand doesn’t scale to a workforce growing this fast on a team this lean. You’ll put AI at the core of how the function runs, so a small team supports many times its number.
• Own the culture and comms as the company scales. When a company scales this quickly, staying connected and aligned doesn’t happen on its own. You’ll own the internal comms, events, and rhythm that keep a multi‑site team that’s growing fast bound to a shared culture.

Role Scope

• Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
• Coach managers, many of them first‑time, on hiring, performance, and hard conversations on a factory timeline.
• Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
• Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and off‑boarding.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve been the HR partner for a manufacturing, industrial, or field workforce, on‑site and in the mix.
• You’ve coached first‑time managers into good ones.
• You’ve run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
• You move at operating speed: same‑day answers, not next‑cycle policies.
• You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.

Compensation Range: $167K - $214K
