Job summary

Demandbase is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join a fast‑growing, people‑first team. This role supports onboarding, data changes, and end‑to‑end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, using Workday, Ashby, Lattice, and Zendesk.

You will ensure data integrity, assist with immigration programs, and manage contractor onboarding with a service‑driven mindset. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in People Operations, experience with immigration workflows, and strong Excel/Sheets skills

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in People Operations.
• Prior experience supporting immigration and visa processes (e.g., H-1B, OPT, PERM).
• Experience managing contractor onboarding workflows.
• Background in a high-growth or tech environment.
• Proficient with HRIS systems and data tooling.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, data changes, and offboarding in HRIS tools.
• Provide onboarding support and coordinate account creation for new hires.
• Audit records for accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries via Zendesk and generate reports.
• Oversee end-to-end immigration programs and contractor lifecycle.
