Archer Aviation in Silicon Valley locates an onsite People Generalist in our San Jose HQ to partner with employees and managers across the lifecycle. You will build and improve processes, own off-boarding, and support performance, compensation, and policy compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with Workday. This position is onsite five days a week, with base pay discussed during hiring.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee relations including documentation and investigation support.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and handling confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach managers.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and data reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, document, and improve People Team processes and policies.
• Manage off-boarding end-to-end with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and managers.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with People Team leadership.
• Serve as contact for employees on HR policies and career development.
• Support employee relations, including intake and investigation support.
• Support performance, compensation, and promotion cycles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist audits.
• Contribute to People Team projects and handle sensitive matters appropriately.
