You will coach and develop the team, assist in recruiting diverse talent, manage labor and payroll, and ensure store policies are followed to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
• Standing required for entire shift; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
