Carter's in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will celebrate new parents, introduce baby essentials, and guide customers through school readiness and parenting moments.

We value inclusive leadership, teamwork, and ongoing development. You will coach teams, manage scheduling, and partner with the Store Manager on merchandising and KPIs while driving exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in retail or related management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our great product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report completion of tasks and financial results utilizing Company tools.
