  • Execute workforce management to maintain a customer-focused sales floor.
  • Welcome customers and explain product styles, features and benefits.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive environment for employees and customers.
  • Model service standards and coach others to deliver omnichannel experiences.
  • Analyze business data and act to improve results with KPIs.
  • Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Plan and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
  • Support merchandising and promotional planning with the team.
  • Reduce loss through consistent customer service and controls.
