Job summary

Meijer is seeking a part‑time Cashier to provide efficient, friendly checkout experiences and help create positive interactions with customers in our store. You'll be the last touchpoint before customers leave, using Meijer systems to process transactions accurately and learn about our programs and promotions.

This role requires full weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and pays $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service.
• Comfortable learning and using technology.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Retail or customer service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly checkout experiences.
• Handle transactions accurately and use Meijer systems.
