Job summary

First Watch in Naples, FL is seeking a diligent Busser to support our front-of-house team. This full-time role offers no night shifts and focuses on delivering a fast, friendly dining experience for breakfast and lunch service.

You will reset tables quickly, assist with guest flow, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. You will work closely with Hosts and Servers, communicating when tables are ready and helping with light housekeeping tasks to support a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Communicate well with others and value teamwork.
• Clear, clean, sanitize & reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes using efficient, magician-like moves.
• Communicate table readiness to Hosts and Servers.
• Assist with light housekeeping and setting up service areas.
• Support teammates to ensure a smooth, friendly dining experience.
