Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L with General Manager or District Manager.
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitor crew prep, production and procedures to control costs.
• Track waste and ensure proper inventory management.
• Communicate issues affecting sales and profits to GM/DM.
• Lead training and development of crew and managers under GM/DM guidance.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold health standards.
