Qualifications

• 3 years HR leadership experience, hotel/lodging environment preferred.
• Four year degree in related field.
• High School diploma/GED.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post advertisements using HRIS/ATS with compliant templates.
• Ensure hiring teams receive all incoming candidates in a timely manner.
• Pre-screen candidates for minimum qualifications and availability.
• Conduct reference checks as required.
• Manage onboarding: offers, background checks, USCIS ID collection, I-verify, payroll access, benefits, and employee files.
• Lead training platform administration (Typsy) and develop training paths with leaders.
• Assist payroll with processing, audits, and documentation.
