Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – People & Culture for Summer 2027 in a 10-week program in Tampa.

You’ll work on data entry, HR systems, and process improvement while gaining exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Be part of a team that partners with leaders across the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent while delivering a smoke-free future.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the P&C Operations team with day-to-day activities, including data entry, document management, and process coordination.
• Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and information within HR systems and databases.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, data pulls, and presentations to support business and HR initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement projects focused on increasing efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR partners on projects related to onboarding, compliance, employee lifecycle changes, talent processes, and policy updates.
• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and organizational initiatives.
• Assist in documenting and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
• Provide administrative support for audits, file maintenance, reporting requests, ticket management, and special projects.
• Support employee communications, engagement activities, and other cross-functional initiatives as needed.
• Present project outcomes, insights, and recommendations to leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
