Based on-site at Rocket Lab's Albuquerque, NM Facility, the People and Culture Coordinator will provide comprehensive support in various human resources functions including general employee support, event planning/scheduling, administrative duties within HRIS and other systems, people data management, onboarding support and presenting, mail management, personnel file management including confidential information, and other administrative tasks and projects as needed. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and service-oriented operation of the People & Culture department initiatives.
This position may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate levels of noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.
