Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a Recruiter preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle recruitment to support all operations of business.
• Attend industry events and job fairs to promote the company and engage with potential candidates.
• Promote diversity in the recruitment process by implementing inclusive hiring practices and interview techniques.
• Ensure safety and security measures are in place and up to date in compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Serve as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Efficiently manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly and routing inquiries to appropriate parties.
• Utilize various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates.
• Manage and maintain records and documentation related to facility operations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate and organize office activities and operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
• Fill requisitions promptly to support staffing across departments.
