Qualifications

  • Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills are essential.
  • Preferred experience leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and accelerate analysis.
  • Experience with Workday Reporting/Workday People Analytics or similar HR tech platforms to develop dashboards and workforce insights.
  • Experience designing dashboards and self‑service reporting solutions for business users.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain reliable people data processes, controls, and documentation ensuring data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance.
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of people data and analytics within assigned scope, including sourcing, validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver accurate, timely workforce insights to support HR and business decision‑making.
  • Maintain consistent data definitions, reporting standards, and stakeholder alignment across HR and business partners.
  • Own interpretation of workforce data, identifying trends, risks and implications for workforce outcomes.
  • Deliver measurable improvements to data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytics capability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

In this role, you will:

Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Preferred experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and enhance decision‑making.
  • Preferred experience in working with Workday Reporting, Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, or similar HR technology platforms to develop dashboards, reports, and workforce insights.
  • Preferred experience designing dashboards, self‑service reporting solutions, or workforce analytics tools that enable business users to access workforce insights independently.
  • Preferred experience supporting workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, or executive workforce reporting initiatives.

This role requires employees to be in‑office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in‑person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
