Job summary

Advantage Solutions in the United States is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to design and maintain dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and develop predictive models to inform talent planning.

You will ensure data integrity across HR systems, collaborate with HR partners, and translate complex data into clear insights for leadership, while supporting ad hoc analyses and analytics tool implementations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, statistics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in HR analytics or business intelligence preferred.
  • No travel requirements.

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
