Job summary

Red Alpha seeks a PEO Cyber Solutions Architect in Maryland to drive enterprise architectural decisions and lead a team of engineers and analysts. You will collaborate with engineers, report progress, identify impediments, and guide adoption of architectural components across the organization, aligning activities with Chief Architect objectives and enterprise cybersecurity goals.

A TS/SCI clearance is required. Strong leadership, cloud and DevSecOps experience are essential to success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, CS, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • 12+ years hands-on experience or Master's with 10+ years.
  • Hands on development experience using agile processes.
  • Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies.
  • Background with cloud technologies.
  • Keeps abreast of current cloud development and DevSecOps cyber trends.
  • Strong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams.
  • Hands on experience leading a team of engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers and cyber practitioners.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

As a PEO Cyber Solutions Architect, you will work with the engineers, report progress and identify any impediments to adopting and implementing key architectural components. You will support the development and enterprise-wide adoption of Architectural Decisions, lead technical exchange meetings with key leaders and solution teams, and guide the identification, evaluation, and integration of new technologies within the Enterprise ecosystem

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 12+ years of related hands-on experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related hands-on experience
  • Hands on development experience using agile processes
  • Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies
  • Background with cloud technologies
  • Keeps abreast of the current cloud development and DevSecOps cyber trends
  • Strong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams
  • Hands on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers and cyber practitioners in order to understand their requirements and how to best align activities with Chief Architect objectives
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
Bonus Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with SAFe scaled agile
  • AWS certification is a plus

Salary Range:

  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation. Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself.
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: [130,000 - $215,000].
