• Pensions and trust law experience at a top City or regional law firm.
• 5+ years' PQE preferred.
• Proven ability to write, review and edit high-quality legal content.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pensions and trust service with new topics, precedents and resources.
• Scoping, writing, reviewing and editing key content with a distinctive style.
• Maintain expertise by staying updated on legal and market developments.
• Coordinate with barristers, knowledge lawyers, editors and external experts.
• Support customer engagement and respond to subscribers' content queries.
• Collaborate with the Development Team on site enhancements for the service.

THE ROLE

An opportunity for a pensions & trust lawyer 5pqe+ with top City or regional law firm experience to join a dynamic, fast-growing digital business in a newly created position.

As the company continues to develop, you will play a key role in expanding the ground-breaking legal information service into a new area.

The successful candidate will help shape and build the knowledge service, working with expert barristers from leading chambers, experienced in-house knowledge lawyers and the legal editorial team.

You will be responsible for writing, reviewing and editing first class documents and related resources in a varied and interesting role with significant scope to input into the further development and enhancement of the corporate documents service and its interaction with other content streams.

Hybrid/remote working arrangements are available.

Key responsibilities

• Developing the service, over time, with new topics, precedents, legislation, practical resources and news commentary/analysis
• Scoping, writing, reviewing and editing top quality content for the pension and trust service, consistently applying the company's unique approach and style
• Maintaining and developing own expertise, keeping up to date with legal and market developments and researching sources to identify matters relevant to subscribers
• Co-ordinating and working in close collaboration with barristers, knowledge lawyers, editors and external experts and specialists
• Supporting customer engagement, including by responding to subscribers' content queries and assessing market requirements
• Liaising with the Development Team on technical solutions and enhancements to the site for the service.
