Job summary

Wilson-McShane Corporation is seeking a Pension Systems & Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in a full-time role. The position requires strong interpersonal, analytical skills and professional judgement to ensure accurate pension processing and system integrity.

You will develop and maintain pension processes, perform valuation calculations for multiple DC plans, test configurations, and support client implementations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of internal pension processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Perform pension valuation calculations for multiple DC Pension Plans.
• Liaison between internal and external parties (business and technical).
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Provide data analysis and translation support for data conversion to new systems.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for client implementations and projects.
• Develop and maintain training materials and assist with training.
