Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's PennDOT is seeking motivated individuals to become CDL Operator Trainees, learning to operate trucks, loaders, and maintenance equipment while gaining safety and maintenance know-how for highway and bridge operations.
In this full-time role, you will undergo hands-on training, perform manual tasks, follow safety protocols, monitor worksites, support environmental actions, and assist crews with roadway maintenance tasks.
