Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking multiple Penetration Tester levels (2–4) in Chantilly, VA and Aurora, CO to assess NRO IS security posture. All positions require TS/SCI with Poly and at least a Bachelor's degree for Level 2; higher levels demand more years of related experience and advanced skills.

Candidates will perform reconnaissance, vulnerability assessments, and lead complex tests, mentoring junior staff, and guiding remediation with strong knowledge of networks, scripting, and security best

Qualifications

• All positions require TS/SCI with Poly.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher required for Level 2.
• Pen Tester experience scales by level (3y / 4y / 7y).
• DoD 8140/CSSP certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead penetration tests and mentor junior testers.
• Design and lead complex tests, develop tools and methods.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices and remediation.
