Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of testing, security, and observability best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and Growth Mindset libraries.
• Read the CISM stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production.
• Wrangle DAST config across environments so Ogden staging mirrors production.
