Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a Penetration Tester to perform penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across network, application, cloud, and wireless environments, including segmentation testing. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, networking, cloud, risk management, and secure development practices, plus strong communication of risk and remediation options.

The position is located in the United States, with limited travel and a schedule of Monday–Friday business

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of hands‑on penetration testing in enterprise environments.
• Current industry‑recognized penetration testing certification required at hire (OSCP/PNPT/GWAPT/GPEN or similar).
• Experience with common PT/VA tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Nessus, Metasploit, Kali Linux or equivalent).
• Experience applying recognized penetration testing methodologies and secure development principles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal and external network, web app, API, cloud, and wireless penetration tests.
• Analyze findings, prepare detailed reports, and provide remediation guidance.
• Follow established rules of engagement and coordinate with system owners for testing windows.
• Develop test plans, evidence, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Maintain test procedures and templates; review others' penetration test reports.
