Job description

The right Penetration Tester sees a flaky test not as noise but as a clue, and Industrial Advantage Corp in Akron, OH has clues worth chasing. Take stock: $45,000 - $75,000, remote, 1 years of IDS/IPS, and a junior title that grows teeth as you prove yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Pull Industrial Advantage Corp's Zero Trust stack out of the OH region before the migration deadline
• Chase down the Zero Trust integration that silently drops Industrial Advantage Corp events at midnight
• Defend Industrial Advantage Corp uptime through the 2 a.m. Akron pages nobody volunteers for
• Sketch Attention to Detail sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Turn Industrial Advantage Corp's OWASP Top 10 on-call noise into alerts that actually mean something
• Bridge Penetration Testing and Security Auditing so the two halves of Industrial Advantage Corp's platform finally talk
• Carry the Decision Making platform work that makes Industrial Advantage Corp's next OH expansion boring

What You'll Bring

• The integrity to flag your own mistakes first
• 1+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illnesses
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire
• Strong multitasking ability without sacrificing quality
• Calm under the boldly-pragmatic chaos a junior role tends to generate

Our Akron, OH headquarters is home to a gloriously-unglamorous group of builders, designers, and problem-solvers at Industrial Advantage Corp. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

Open with $45,000 - $75,000, grow your OWASP Top 10 under a mentor, lean on full benefits, and flex your hours the way grown-ups should.

Right now, today, this seat at Industrial Advantage Corp is genuinely empty and waiting.
