Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specs, and bid documents to accurately price PEMB projects.
• Use MBS to design, configure, and price building systems.
• Prepare detailed quotations including materials and accessories.
• Support sales with bid lists, tracking results, and estimating support.
• Review drawings for discrepancies and seek clarifications as needed.
• Collaborate with sales to address scope changes and pricing issues.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, quotes and project docs.
