Job summary

Red Dot Corp. is seeking a Detailing Manager to own technical execution from sale through final issue. You will maintain the Live Scope as the single source of truth for each project, directing detailing, supporting design teams, and ensuring production-ready output.

This hands-on leadership role requires deep PEMB expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication to drive accuracy and quality across shop drawings, E-sheets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Extensive PEMB detailing experience.
• Proficient in Tekla Structures for PEMB detailing.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review sales scopes for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Live Scope throughout the project.
• Produce clarifying 2D drawings, including foundation plans, sections, elevations.
• Identify and resolve technical conflicts and omissions.
• Process change orders and keep documentation aligned with scope.
• Lead detailing teams with technical direction and QC.
• Perform final QC prior to job issue.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, Design, Detailing, and Shop teams.
