PEM/Haeger Hardware Insertion Technician (Sheet Metal Fabrication)Join MPE and help shape medical technology that changes lives. As an Insertion Technician, you’ll transform precision-fabricated metal parts into finished components by installing hardware to exact specifications. You’ll work with purpose, alongside teammates who value quality, safety, and craftsmanship.A Day in the LifeYou start your shift by reviewing the day’s work orders and mechanical drawings (both standard and metric). You’ll set up Haeger/PEM insertion equipment, confirm tooling, run first-article checks, and carefully install a variety of fasteners into steel components.
