Pelvic Physical Therapist (full or part time)

$46 to $62 an hour plus benefits ($96K to $129K full-time salary equivalent). Full-time or part-time (full-time benefits start at 30 hours/week). 1-on-1 sessions run 45 to 60 minutes in our new offices, with natural light in every treatment room.

I'm Sandra. I'm a pelvic PT and I've run this clinic for almost 20 years.

Most pelvic PTs I know typically leave a job for combination of four reasons:

• They chart at night.
• They get held to volume productivity numbers and salaried 40hr+ work week grind.
• They work on an island, with nobody to collaborate with on complex cases.
• Their pelvic health skills have stagnated.

None of those happen here. That was a deliberate choice. We are cash-pay and out-of-network. That is what pays for longer visits and protects your schedule from being overloaded.

Two ways into this job

If you have treated pelvic floor for a few years: This is a 100% pelvic-only clinic. You won't fight your schedule to practice the way you want to. You'll have true peers at your level, and you'll treat the complex cases other clinics refer out.

If you are newer, finished Level 1, coming from ortho, or a new grad who did a pelvic rotation: We will train you into a full pelvic caseload. Molly is our clinical director. She has been here ten years, and she loves teaching and mentoring.

Both openings are real. The pay range covers both, and where you land depends on your experience.

The team

We meet bi-weekly to collaborate on patients, and we run regular in-services. We cover continuing education, host outside courses right in our clinic, and offer student loan repayment assistance.
