Qualifications

• Licensed PT with a degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure or eligibility to test for PT license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all new patients.
• Establish a thorough PT treatment plan tailored to each patient.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record status after visits.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Ensure discharge records are complete and signed.
• Communicate patient status with referring physicians at follow-up and discharge.
• Act as ambassador for Elliott PT and participate in community outreach.
• Build and maintain a full caseload according to weekly commitments.
• Support colleagues and adhere to PT standards and company values.
