Ideal candidates hold a DPT, active NY license, and have completed Level I of Herman and Wallace or equivalent; participation in Spear's mentorship programs is encouraged to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree and NY license are required.

• Relevant mentorship participation is encouraged (SFLP).

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for patients' progress and treatment outcomes.
• Execute prescribed therapies and document Home Exercise Programs.
