Job summary

Elliott Physical Therapy Inc is seeking licensed physical therapists to evaluate new patients, develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, and record progress at each visit. You will collaborate with referring physicians, mentors, and clinical managers to deliver high-quality care.

Professionals of all experience levels are welcomed; new graduates may work with a reduced schedule while preparing for board exams. Pay ranges from 80,000 to 110,000 USD per year with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT or eligible to test for PT license.
• Experience with physical therapy treatment planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new patients and establish a plan of care.
• Discuss treatment plans with patients and record progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all new patients.
• Establish a thorough physical therapy treatment plan based on each patient’s individual needs.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions after each visit.
• Make alterations and adjustments to establish a physical therapy treatment plan as needed.
• Ensure the most successful outcome for the patient by performing an evaluation, explaining the diagnosis and plan of care, scheduling patients appropriately, modifying plan of care as needed, implementing the best known treatment, and ending with a satisfactory outcome according to guidelines.
• Ensure that all records of discharge patients are complete and include each progress note signed.
• Communicate with a referring physician via letter regarding patient status on every follow‑up and upon discharge.
• Act as EPT ambassador for chosen groups and do quarterly community outreach events.
• Help build and retain a full caseload according to your expected commitment of patient visits per week.
• Advocate for patient’s continuum of care: POC visits, bi‑annual and annual PT visits.
• Provide support to all other EPT team members.
