Job summary

Center of Pelvic Excellence Physical Therapy & Wellness (COPE PT) in Dallas/McKinney, TX is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our pelvic health specialty team. Pelvic health is our core service, with a pelvic-health focused caseload and 45-minute, one-on-one sessions.

We welcome experienced pelvic health PTs and new graduates with strong interest, offering mentorship, ongoing education, and collaboration with seasoned clinicians to develop expertise.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide pelvic-health-focused physical therapy to patients.
• Deliver 45-minute one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with pelvic health clinicians and team.
• Engage in continuing education and specialty development.
• Mentor and train junior staff within the pelvic health specialty.

About the Role

COPE PT is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our specialty pelvic health team.

At COPE PT, pelvic health isn't an add-on service - it's what we do.

We are looking for either an experienced pelvic health Physical Therapist who wants to continue growing within the specialty, or an exceptional PT who is passionate about pelvic health and wants the mentorship and training to develop their expertise.

New graduates with a strong interest in pelvic health are encouraged to apply.

Previous pelvic health experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in pelvic health rehabilitation

Pelvic health coursework or experience through Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, clinical rotations or other specialty training is a plus.

WCS, PRPC, CLT or other relevant specialty credentials are also welcomed.

Compensation

$85,000-$105,000+ annual, depending on experience, pelvic health training and specialty credentials.
