Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license for applicable state required or Physical Therapist Compact Privilege for applicable state required.
• BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations across all ages to establish baselines and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy and use appropriate equipment within the plan of care; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care; supervise aides, assistants, and students as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes; communicate with physicians and families.
