Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health for a part-time, benefited daytime role. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with orthopedics, rehab, and nursing teams in a patient-centered environment.

Qualified candidates hold an Oregon PT license, have DPT or higher, and possess BLS certification. The rehab department emphasizes outcomes, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with care team to maximize patient independence.
