Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state South Carolina license.
• CPR certification.
• Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills.
• Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Responsible individual with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• New or recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions with individualized plans.
• Develop treatment plans using manual therapy, exercise, and education.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinic team.
• Educate and empower patients on their wellness journey.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Communicate with physicians and insurance companies as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes and discharge summaries.
