Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehab in Germantown, MD. The role includes performing initial examinations, delivering PT interventions, coordinating discharge planning, and documenting patient progress with the care team.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, H1B visa transfer sponsorship, and a 40-hour work week with a flexible daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• DPT/Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland License to practice PT in Maryland.
• 1 year site-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial examination to establish diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care.
• Delivers or supervises therapy interventions with patient involvement.
• Plans discharge with follow-up or referrals as appropriate.
• Communicates and documents all aspects of patient management with the care team.
• Manages schedule to balance census and caseload; participates in team meetings.

Education

DPT / Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Active Maryland License

1-year site-specific experience preferred
