FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Harker Heights is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to build and lead a pelvic health program focused on safe, personal care. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, deliver education and evidence-based interventions, and help patients regain bladder, bowel, and pelvic function while maintaining patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas PT license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Pelvic health education, certification, or meaningful clinical experience.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to privacy, professional boundaries, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and identify the factors affecting each patient’s symptoms, function, and quality of life.
• Use education, therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, biofeedback, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Treat urinary leakage, urgency, frequency, nocturia, constipation, and fecal incontinence.
• Address pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, coccydynia, dyspareunia, vulvodynia, pudendal neuralgia, and male pelvic pain.
• Help patients manage pelvic or back pain, diastasis recti, prolapse, and recovery following childbirth or perineal injury.
• Help grow our pelvic health program, educate the community, and improve access to specialized care throughout Central Texas.
