• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
