Prospect and the O’Hare neighborhood in Chicago, offering a structured mentorship program and a strong focus on pelvic health rehabilitation. You will evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for a diverse patient population, collaborate with clinicians, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for a diverse pelvic health and orthopedic patient population.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, physicians, and care partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
