Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• DPT or equivalent degree required by state licensure rules.
• New graduate and experienced clinicians welcome; onsite mentorship offered with developmental pathways.

Responsabilités

• Understand applicable state practice acts and supervise accordingly.
• Complete and maintain required training and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate, treat, and document PT services for medically necessary care.
• Maintain open communication with patients, staff, physicians and payors at all times.
• Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
