Job summary

Intune Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with pelvic health training to join Spero Rehab’s Austin/Houston teams. You’ll manage a pelvic health caseload including incontinence and pelvic pain, collaborating with clinicians to deliver individualized plans of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active North Carolina PT license, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Pelvic health training or clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• A patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients, including men’s and women’s health conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on goals and functional needs.
• Provide patient education on pelvic health, lifestyle changes, and self-management.
• Document accurately and timely; communicate with referral partners and clinical team.
• Continue developing clinical knowledge in pelvic health and related areas.

This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients navigate sensitive and often life-changing conditions with clinical skill, empathy, and individualized care.The pelvic health caseload may include patients experiencing urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions. The right candidate will be comfortable building trust with patients, collaborating with referring providers, and continuing to grow in this specialty area.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat pelvic health patients, including men’s and women’s health conditionsDevelop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s goals, presentation, and functional needsTreat conditions such as urinary or fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pre- and postpartum concerns, and post-surgical rehabilitationProvide patient education related to pelvic health, lifestyle modifications, therapeutic exercise, and self-management strategiesUse evidence-informed manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training interventionsDocument accurately and timelyCommunicate effectively with referral partners and other members of the clinical teamContinue developing clinical knowledge in pelvic health and related specialty careParticipate, as requested and with reasonable notice, in community outreach, local events, patient education, employer/school outreach, or relationship-building activities that support clinic growth, brand awareness, and community engagement.
