Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pelvic Health.
• Current CA State licensure or eligibility to practice in CA.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to UCSF Faculty Practice.
• Teach students in the clinical setting.
• Represent the Faculty Practice within UCSF and the community.
• Maintain dialogue with UCSF referring providers and UCSF Health.
