Job summary

NEO Physical Therapy is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Texas to primarily treat pelvic health patients while managing orthopedics, especially in active women. The role features 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with no double booking, focusing on individualized, high-quality care.

You will evaluate and treat pelvic floor issues, educate patients, and develop exercise programs, aiming to return clients to lifting, running, and sport in a supportive PT-owned practice.

Qualifications

• Active Texas physical therapist license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• 1+ year of pelvic floor physical therapy experience preferred; pelvic health caseload capability.
• Formal pelvic health coursework is a plus (Herman & Wallace, APTA Pelvic Health, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor and orthopedic patients within one-on-one care.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe exercises, and educate patients.
• Independently manage caseload and progress patients back to activity.
• Collaborate with a small team and potentially move into leadership as the practice grows.
