Job summary

Sol Physical Therapy in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a compassionate Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our healthcare team. You will provide specialized PT services for pelvic floor dysfunction and collaborate with physicians to deliver evidence-based treatment and patient education.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, implement manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and guide home programs while maintaining detailed EHR documentation and outcomes-driven care.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Arizona with pelvic floor certification
• Specialized pelvic floor therapy training or certification
• Experience assessing and treating pelvic floor dysfunction
• Proficient in EHR documentation and patient records
• Strong knowledge of pelvic floor anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish therapeutic relationships and provide compassionate patient care
• Detail-oriented clinical assessment and documentation
• Experience with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Knowledge of women’s health and men’s health pelvic floor conditions
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Preferred experience with biofeedback or ultrasound in pelvic floor assessment
• Preferred experience with diverse patient populations

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments and evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and behavioral strategies
• Educate patients on pelvic floor anatomy, dysfunction, and self-management
• Prescribe and instruct home exercise programs and lifestyle changes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes
• Communicate with referring physicians and healthcare team
• Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor with patients
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, infection control, and policies
