Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for diverse diagnoses.
• Ability to work under direct supervision of the Assistant Director.
• Must maintain current licensure and professional certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Administers a physical therapy evaluation under physician orders.
• Plans and implements a treatment program based on patient needs.
• Provides advisory service to interdisciplinary team members to promote quality patient care.
• Functions under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
