Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy, required.
• Must hold a current State Physical Therapy License.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire or transfer.
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Supervises physical therapy assistants and aides in performing treatment.
• Educates patients on injury prevention, ergonomics and rehabilitation.
• Maintains EMR documentation and ensures accurate records.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to deliver quality care.
• Assesses and treats patients across age groups per policy.
