Lexington Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services at Midlands centers. The role focuses on restoring function after trauma or illness, with a full-time day shift schedule (M–Th 7a–6p, Fri 7a–1p) and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and SC licensure. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document progress, and educate families, working with a multidisciplinary team in a Magnet-status system.

Perform professional outpatient physical therapy services that are concerned with the restoration of function and prevention of disability following trauma or disease that may include various tests, measurements, exercises and modalities vices.
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy;
Graduate of a PT program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or other educational program which the South Carolina board considers to be equivalent;
Minimum Years of Experience: None.
Substitutable Education & Experience: None.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Licensed in the State of South Carolina by the SC State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners;
CPR Certification.
Required Training: None.
