Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensed Physical Therapist per state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with pelvic floor, neurology, lymphedema or vestibular care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, examine, treat, monitor and assess patients.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports; plan new programs.
• Maintain communication with patients, families, and physicians; supervise staff.
• Collaborate with OB/GYN and Primary Care teams; EPIC EMR usage.
• Provide care for pelvic floor and other related conditions as trained.
